In brief
“Rails & Guns” is a tactical strategy game where the whole defense rides on rails. The player drives an armored train along a loop line, defends stations from raider gangs, repairs the tracks and fights huge bosses.
In detail
Raiders on motorcycles, buggies and armored cars roam the valley. They are after the stations and their treasuries. Against them — one armored train and the player at the lever.
The cars fire on their own, and the player makes the key calls: where to go, which station to save first and where to throw the switch. Sidecar bikes mine the tracks, robot crabs cut the rails, gliders bomb the bridges. In mission six the King Crab rises from the lake with a mortar on its back, and in the finale the gang brings its own armored train onto the line — a train-versus-train battle begins.
Ten campaign missions, two bosses, three modes, five skill branches, four locomotives and 16 medals.
